1. Online Courses

15-Day Free Demo

  • We offer a 15-Day Free Demo for eligible online courses.
  • No advance payment is required to attend the demo sessions.
  • Students can evaluate the course content, teaching methodology, and learning experience before taking admission.
  • Once the admission is confirmed and the course fee is paid after the demo period, the admission is considered final and no refund will be applicable.

2. Offline Classroom Courses

Refund Eligibility

For offline classroom admissions, students may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests are accepted up to the completion of the Samnvay Session or within a fixed refund eligibility window of 15 to 30 days from the date of admission (as specified at the time of admission), whichever is applicable as per the admission terms.
  • If the student wishes to discontinue the course and the request falls within the applicable refund eligibility period, the refund will be processed as per this policy.
  • The refund request must be submitted in writing through email.
  • Once the applicable refund eligibility period expires, the admission shall be considered final, and no refund request will be entertained.

3. Refund Not Applicable

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Online course admissions after payment.
  • Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund eligibility period.
  • Violation of institute rules or code of conduct.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refund requests will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment, wherever applicable.

5. Institute Rights

FirstBit Solutions reserves the right to revise or amend this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version published by the institute shall be considered final.
