Mahadeep is an initiative through which FirstBit Solutions connects itself to the well-being of humanity. It is a movement to brighten the lives of those who are in real need of help & support.
Through Jagruti – a Mahadeep Yogjana initiative by FirstBit Solutions for individuals to awaken, build self-awareness and analyse their potential to excel in life, by organizing different sessions and activities.
“Mental Health Awareness and Stress Management for students” was conducted by a renowned psychologist Mrs. Nutan Shete at the FirstBit Solutions Head Office, Pune on 15th January.
This interactive session addressed key areas affecting generations in today’s world. Students felt heard and understood. Significance of a good mental health and effective management of stress at different stages of life were explained in a very simple, yet detailed way.
